I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience, working with adults navigating trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming—past experiences, stress, or early relationships can shape how we feel about ourselves and others. In therapy, I provide a safe, collaborative space to slow down, feel understood, and gently explore these patterns.
Since 2019, I’ve been practising Somatic Experiencing®, alongside other mind- and body-based approaches, to help clients understand their nervous system, ease triggers, and explore how early attachment experiences influence emotions and relationships. My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and compassionate, focusing on building awareness, stability, and stronger connection with yourself and others.
In therapy, you’ll gain tools to manage stress, communicate more clearly, respond to life with confidence, and nurture self-compassion. Many clients also notice greater emotional balance, relief from anxiety and depression, deeper relationships, increased self-trust, and a stronger connection with their body, emotions, and sense of purpose.
